How we work

Four steps, one person.

    Use the form below or write to [email protected]. Include flight or ferry numbers if you have them.

  2. 02

    We confirm and quote within an hour.

    Business hours, Vilnius time. We hold the slot for 48 hours.

  3. 03

    Pay the deposit; you get a confirmation.

    30% deposit by card. Driver name, plate number, and direct phone come back the same day.

  4. 04

    Driver meets you with a name board.

    Quayside for cruises, arrivals hall for flights, hotel lobby for everything else.

Are child seats included?
Yes, at no charge. Tell us ages on the form. We supply rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats, and boosters.
How much luggage fits?
A sedan takes two large and two cabin cases comfortably. A van fits eight large cases. If you travel with skis, golf clubs, bicycles, or camera gear, mention it on the form so we send the right vehicle.
What does the price include?
Prices here are in euro, total for the vehicle rather than per person, and they include fuel, tolls, parking, the driver fee, and city tax where applicable. Tips are at your discretion.
Can I add a guide?
Yes, on most intercity transfers and private days. A guide adds a fixed daily rate that depends on the languages and the route. Ask on the form and we quote it with the transfer.
Cancellation policy?
Free up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, 50%. Inside 24 hours or no-show, 100%. We are reasonable about flight delays, ferry cancellations, and weather.
