Working guides and one or two support roles.
We don't have a back office. It's the founder, an accountant in Vilnius, a design and tech contributor, and a small group of trusted drivers. We expand the guiding side first, slowly, and only with people who already work in the country.
Per-day rates above the regional median, slow seasons paid, no commission targets.
We keep the calendar deliberately light, rarely more than 80 guiding days a year per person, so nobody burns out by high summer. Guides earn a flat per-day rate above the regional median, plus mileage, and the quiet winter months are paid, not dropped. No commission targets, no upselling. If a tour falls through, the booked days are still paid, and we cover one continuing-education course per guide each year.
Nothing open today.
We post openings here when we have them. We don't keep a private waiting list, and we don't outsource recruiting. If we open something, you'll see it here first.
Send us a letter.
If you guide professionally in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, and you'd like us to know who you are, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Careers", a short letter, your route preferences, and one piece of writing or audio that gives us a sense of how you work. We read every one and reply within four weeks.
