Working guides and one or two support roles.
We don't have a back office. We have three co-founders, an accountant in Vilnius, a design and tech contributor, and a small group of trusted drivers. We expand the guiding side first, slowly, and only with people who already work in the country.
Per-day rates above the regional median, slow seasons paid, no commission targets.
[FILL IN: a few sentences on what the work is actually like. Pay model, working hours, equipment, training, what happens when a tour falls through. Honest, not aspirational. "We don't run more than 80 days per guide per year. We pay a flat per-day rate plus mileage. We cover one continuing-education course per guide per year."]
Nothing open today.
We post openings here when we have them. We don't keep a private waiting list, and we don't outsource recruiting. If we open something, you'll see it here first.
Send us a letter.
If you guide professionally in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, and you'd like us to know who you are, write to [Careers contact TBC] with a short letter, your route preferences, and one piece of writing or audio that gives us a sense of how you work. We read every one and reply within four weeks.
