Your traveler cards.

The last thing we need before your trip: every traveler exactly as printed in their passport, and how each of you arrives and leaves. It takes about ten minutes. Keep the passports next to you.

Copy each detail from the photo page of the passport that person will actually travel on, including every middle name. Hotels, ferries and border lists check these against the document, so a mismatch is far easier to fix now than at a counter.

What happens to this

Where your details go, and for how long.

  • Used only to run your trip: hotel registration, transfers, ferry and entry bookings. Never for marketing, and never sold or shared beyond that.
  • Each supplier is given only what they need. A hotel gets names and nights. A driver gets a name and a flight number. Nobody downstream gets the whole picture.
  • Deleted within 90 days of your trip ending, except where accounting law requires us to keep a booking record, which never includes passport numbers.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold at any time, before or after you travel, and we will do it within a month.
